The Manage My Process

Simple, fast, and free for enterprise buyers. Here is how we take you from requirement to shortlisted provider in 48 hours.

Step 1 — You Search & Find Us

You are looking for managed IT expertise — perhaps your current provider’s contract is coming up for renewal, your team has flagged performance or security gaps, or your organisation is embarking on a network refresh. You search Google for terms like “managed network services South Africa” or “Fortinet managed firewall South Africa” and land on Manage My.

Our content is designed to help enterprise IT decision-makers understand their options, compare platforms, and assess what a managed service should include before they start talking to providers.

Step 2 — You Submit Your Assessment

When you’re ready, you complete our short assessment form. It takes approximately 3 minutes and captures the information we need to make an accurate match: the service area you need covered, your current OEM environment, the number of devices or sites involved, your contract renewal timeline, and your primary pain points.

All information is handled in strict compliance with POPIA. We require a work email address and POPIA consent before we process any submission.

Step 3 — We Review & Match

Our team reviews every submission against three matching criteria: OEM certification (does the provider hold active certification in your specific platform?), service capability (does the provider have an active practice in the service vertical you need?), and geographic fit (does the provider have operational coverage in your region?).

We select up to three providers from our network who meet all three criteria and have available capacity. You receive your personalised shortlist within 48 business hours of your submission.

Step 4 — Providers Contact You

Each matched provider is given your contact details and brief requirements summary. They are required by their service agreement with Manage My to acknowledge the introduction within 4 business hours and make first contact with you within 24 business hours.

You engage with each provider on your own terms. We facilitate the introduction — we do not sit in on conversations, add mark-ups to quotes, or act as an intermediary in the commercial negotiation. The contract is between you and the provider you choose.

Step 5 — You Choose & We Follow Up

After your conversations with the shortlisted providers, you select the one that best fits your requirements. If none are a good fit, tell us — we will reassess and look for alternative matches.

Once you have selected a provider, we follow up briefly to confirm the outcome and close the loop. Your feedback helps us maintain quality standards across our partner network.

What It Costs You

Nothing. The Manage My matching service is completely free for enterprise buyers. We are compensated by our partner network — not by you. There are no hidden fees, no mark-ups on provider pricing, and no obligation to proceed with any introduction.
