Partner Requirements
To join the Manage My partner network, your company must meet all of the following criteria:
Company Requirements
- Registered South African company (Pty Ltd or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of managed IT services experience
- Ability to service enterprise accounts (100+ seats minimum)
- Clean B-BBEE status and valid CIPC registration
- Professional indemnity insurance in place
Technical Requirements
- Active OEM certification in at least one: HPE Aruba, Cisco, Huawei, or Fortinet
- Dedicated practice in at least one service vertical
- NOC or helpdesk capability with documented SLAs
- Enterprise client references available on request
- Signed Manage My Referral Agreement and Data Processing Agreement
Commercial Terms
- Referral fee per qualified lead: R2,500 – R10,000 (based on scope)
- Success commission: 5–10% of first-year contract value
- Lead acknowledgement SLA: 4 business hours
- First-contact SLA: 24 business hours
- Monthly lead cap negotiable based on capacity
