- To send your contact details to matched partner companies (only with your explicit consent)

5. How We Share Your Information
We share your personal information only with:
- Matched partner companies — your contact details and requirements summary are shared with up to three pre-vetted providers who match your criteria. This is done only with your explicit POPIA consent, which you provide when submitting the enquiry form.
- Our CRM provider (HubSpot) — for storage and management of enquiry data. HubSpot operates under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with international data protection standards.
- Legal authorities — only where required to comply with a legal obligation or court order.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
6. How Long We Retain Your Information
Enquiry and contact form data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. Partner application data is retained for the duration of the partner relationship plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@managemy.co.za.
7. Your Rights Under POPIA
As a data subject under POPIA, you have the right to:
- Be informed about what personal information we hold about you
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
